HI all! I live in the Midwest USA and used to keep RBP's. Wife wants something different so before I plunge into what I know will be an addiction for me. I want to decide on what species to start with. At first I was thinking Pygo now considering Serras.

If you want to keep a shoal then go with Pygo's, If you go with the Serrasalmus family you will have to keep them solitary.

I think one of the smartest moves I made was. Joining this sight and being able to learn from the experienced and knowledgeable keepers in this great hobby. Piranha fear is an asset to me as I get ready to set up a tank. I know PF members can help Me along the way!! Thanks Andoni will be leaning on you in the future... your new friend Special K

Your welcome special k, just remember to take lots of pictures. I always like to see new piranha pictures.
Also remember to have good filtration and water temperature.
